    You got every break possible, had a horrid schedule, and had a lot of experience. If you think the kids you lost were more talented than some of the kids you have now, then I dont know what to tell you. London is a fucking retard on the sidelines. I really hope you all keep him as long as you did Groh. His clock management really is something to see.

    Your wins included

    A 3 point win over 1-11 Indiana, whose lone win was again South Carolina St.
    A 1 point OT win against 2-10 Idaho, yes Idaho
    A 6-6 1AA William and Mary team

    That is why you had 8 wins, but got absolutely smoked by the good teams you played (See VT and Auburn games)

    If you want to go through all of history UVA was the first southern team to beat a northern power. I would classify that as a big game. Played 2 games as the number 1 team in all the land, they would be considered big, beat an undefeated FSU team on national TV to give them their first lose in ACC history, I would say big game. If VT were say Alabama, Texas, etc. the hollier than tho attitude would hold some weight, but come on man. 51,100 plus days VT has been open all of which spent with out a single National Title in any sport.

    Depends on your definition of a big game. If your asking how we fare when we play Top 5 Top 10 teams, we have fared pretty decent in those types of games, I think somebody looked at it a while back and we were close to .500 in those games and we were the underdog almost everytime.

    One of my buddies called me that night saying how great Duke was playing and the big lead, I asked him did he rember Duke beating VT 20-0 after the first qtr and the the score ending up as 48-20 VT. They didn't disappoint again I see.

    BTW, I dont think anyone on a VT message board is really going to pull for another school in BBall. Fans on a message board are the diehard of the diehard. But if that makes you feel better for us whipping your ass on the field every year, then go ahead.

    Your recruiting class is not miles ahead of ours, Come on Man!! I will agree that not many paying members to message boards are the one's that crossover to Duke or UNC for basketball, but there are alot of them that do that aren't on message boards, I see it a lot more with VT fans than UVA fans.

    I think we actually looked better than you all without playing tonight. That was one of the worst football games ever played. Gary Nova makes Mike Rocco look like Joe Montana.

    I was shocked to see Nova play that badly, I watched one of their games earlier in the year and he was on. What happened to him. Both offenses looked awful, Both teams D came to play though.

    I agree, this game has some very good talent, and I'd much rather have my guy shine than not....but it's also true that top rated national talent is at other games.

    Stanford has exactly the O I'd like us to run, and anything new will be a huge improvement. Just having a thought process and plan is an improvement.

    Mizzell is heading to Army All American Bowl right after the Chesapeake Bowl.

    I honestly don't think recruiting matters at all for UVA, you've got some talented kids, on te roster and on the way. Your coaching is flat out horrible though. I really don't know that London can pose a legit threat on the field.

    You keep saying the same thing over and over again, if he's as terrible a coach as you claim he is he wouldn't be coaching. We all know next year is gonna be a better year for us and 2014 should make a serious run at the ACC. We'll see what happens in the next couple of years before saying he can't coach.

    that wasn't funny at all.

    08 was such a shame by the way. that team should have been loaded, but instead it signaled the end for Groh. We lost literally every returning starter to academics or injury. mostly academics.

    When was the last time UVA had an outright ACC title? Can you pronounce "never." There is nothing you can say to defend that. That is absolutely terrible. Almost 60 years. Zero.

    But it was a different ACC then, did you know both times we shared the ACC Title we beat the shit out of both teams we shared it with. Hell we beat Duke in 1990 59-0.
