    London pulling out all the stops on this one. He is doing a pretty decent job at damage control down in Hoo Ville.

    Sidenote: Surprised Coach Dream hasn't offered McGill yet. He could add that to his inspirational stories plus his "757" resume. Lol

    I thought he would, but they're saying grades is the issue with McGill. Considering we just lost a DT for academics, I don't think we'd add someone who is shaky academically to take his place.

    I totally agee, they pissed me off with that BS over there this morning. He went it was a good jesture he is committed and he does have a relationship with the kid since he's been recruiting him for over a year.

  • Can't be worse than Morgan Moses at this stage. I can understand the injury aspect as you never know how a kid is going to comeback from a drastic injury like this. I would say the chance out weighs the risk. Also, there is talk about McGill's "antics" so that could be an issue as well.

    Yeah but unlike Moses McGill's practice habits aren't good and a bit on the lazy side.

  • Hey 5284 guess who was at Woodbridge this morning. Since I'm so clueless and my source doesn't know what he's talking about that UVA not being out of this race without a fight and it's a long way until signing day. Props to Jamie Oakes for sharing that Mike London and Dex were at the school this morning checking in.

    I've never said we would land him, I'm not that much of a homer but he will see us in a better light than he does now. You never know we could shock the college football world and go something like 10-2 or 9-3 and open up some other eyes not giving us a serious look. Slim possibility and more probable not a possibility.

    Hand talking to Kam Chancellor, standing behind Tyrod. Spring tailgate. 3 of the nicest guys I ever met. They really seemed to hit it off well too.

    IMO the funeral thing is a non topic, London had to go, they fired his position coach that he was close with...Now in saying he would have gone anyway might be too much but this is a non topic for either side...the kid's grandmother died, leave it alone, for both sides IMO.

    Congrats on having your coaches stop by and see the #1 player in the country, who is in their backyard. When have I ever said you weren't recruiting him? Y'all have been the whole time, however he isn't going to UVA, nor are you in the running. Your coaches would be dumb not to drop by as often as possible though.

    Btw, this info was on Scoop at 1pm also, USCe also stopped by, as will 50 other schools. Your sources really got you some insanely secret info though. Might want to get the correct coaches that stopped by however.
