    Still think they have too many holes to fill. No pass rush, LB's suck, WR's need work (Colston, Meachem gone) Saints had their elite run, they are no longer true contenders.

  • might be right but do think that Brees will the basis for a great team down the road ; they have a great running game with a good Ol which should make them tough again this next year . They need to get a couple of better than average WR's for sure . the def backfield is better than average and i think their DL is better than average ... have to plug some holes but think they will be good again next year

    Like Warner said, it's one thing with the intention of getting guys off their game, hitting them as hard as possible with in the rules of the game. But giving bonus' for getting people carted off is disgusting. Going out with the intent to injure is hella lame.

    Carting people off rarely has anything to do with head injuries.

    When is the last guy who got carted off with a concussion?

  • its different from the way you are taking it for sure ; our coaches would always be screaming for us to knock someone out of their socks when we hit someone and if you didnt in practice they would make you do the drills over and over until you got it right . All of the new research has certainly changed how people feel about those kind of hits today but trust me they wanted you to lay somebody out when you hit them ...
