    Fast for a 350 pounder, yes... but fast in general ? no, Im a lot faster than that kid and I maybe run a 4.8 40 right now

    He could lose 200 pounds and not be able to get in the 4.5 range, the 4.5 range is hauling serious ass and most are born with that kind of speed if not all

    Its not something you obtain with weight loss

    I always get a kick out of people saying they could run a 4.8.... or whatever 40 right now. Unless you are training consistently there's no way.

    You're trying to tell me that you would outrun Brandon Spikes, Vontaze Burfict, Chandler Jones, Melvin Ingram....

    I was easily a 4.6 guy when I was 18-22 years old

    And yes, I would smoke most of those names... especially in a mile or 2 mile run

    It wouldn't even be a contest

    I also said I maybe run a 4.8, I don't know what I run for I don't have a 40 timer anywhere around me

    But I would be shocked if Im not under 5

    Ran the 40 a bunch of times in high school, was in the 4.6-4.7 range every single time

    Anything else ?

    Running everyday certainly does, it means Im in running condition and I don't jog either son... Im talking serious running, I also run sprints 2-4 times a week

    Redskins park had a laser timing system as well
