    You're right. They are going to destroy the Republicans. That will be our 4th party system in 200+ years.

    Honestly, I think we'll witness the death of the modern Republican party within the next 20 years. The entire base is dying off. There's absolutely no appeal to young people, women, or minorities. The more ineffective candidates the Republican party keeps trotting out, the less they appeal to anyone.

    No because we care to much to be Republican. We care to much about social issues. We need to work on the deficit, and control spending though.

    Hell, if W hadn't been president, our deficit would still most likely be registering a surplus, and defense/national security spending wouldn't be as out of whack as it is now. Still, healthcare spending is in desperate, desperate need of an overhaul.

    It needs to be reformed, but "Obama care" really isn't that bad. And the 9/11 had a lot to do with that. We felt unsecure as a nation for the first time. It's understandable that military spending saw an increase during W's tenure, but the level's it reached was unnecessary

    Oh, not at all. I fully supported it (and had to defend it constantly on this board, because so few people understand it...) and I look forward to more progress in that area. I think the main thing at this point is to find some sort of sustainable method of providing healthcare. As it is now, it's quite depressing paying into a system that I'm reasonably sure won't be there for me when I need it in my old age.

    Honestly, I'm not sure. It's possible. I'm far too burnt out to do the actual research now though, sorry. I'll look at it tomorrow.

    Of course Obama and his administration have lied but Romney released his taxes from 2010 (which is incomplete as of a couple weeks ago) and plans on releasing his 2011 in the future (hasn't yet) and refuses to discuss his finances for any years before 2010...kinda convenient don't you think? He's being accused of not having paid taxes for 10 years and he won't refute these claims with any proof. That's my issue with the tax returns

    If this were Obama being shady about things I would say the same thing. Obama's administration's job performance is definitely lacking but Romney is not the guy to right the ship for America. I have yet to hear him have any plans with any numbers on how he plans on attacking the unemployment rate, health insurance, social security, and most importantly our national debt

    What about obama's sealed college transcripts. If obama releases those then rommney should release his taxes. Obama will never release his college transcripts. Why? To pay for his college on a middle wage family. Maybe he is a foreign exchange student. Unseal those college transcripts.

    Just got my offer at a large KC firm. It's rough out there though. Half of my class doesn't have paying offers, and I go to a top-20 school.
