Thank you! I'll definitely hit you up. I have a couple of people, but you can never have to many resources. The main reason I chose OSU in the first place. Well that and football tickets.

I will say this - as nice as it is to have gone to two top schools instead of my family university of Michigan, I've never been able to watch a good football game at a school I actually attended. Kinda depressing.

It's true. There's been a huge backlash against grade inflation since Harvard started getting a reputation for inflation. Professors are harsh as shit, and they often don't give a damn about your GPA, they'll give you the grade you deserve.

Well, isn't that how it's supposed to be? I can say my high school isn't the best, but I am happy that my teachers are pretty harsh on grading, especially in the English department.

    That s**t cray.

Although, I think it's kind of telling that lestat thinks college transcripts reveal where a student is from or how they paid for school. Clearly somebody never made it past a high school diploma...

You want more tax releases. Then give us college transcripts. Kind of easy. Even a child could understand that.

It absolutely is, but schools like Harvard and Yale are such bastions for the elite and privileged that they're filled with kids who are multi-generation legacies and only got in because their parents donated. Those kids don't have any idea what it's like to actually work hard to earn your grades, so when they start failing, angry parents start bitching to the school. The administration doesn't want to lose those parents as donors, so they pressure the professors to inflate the kid's grades until the parents are happy. It's a vicious cycle, and as a faculty brat, I know that professors absolutely hate how that system works.

Mmmmm...no. If Harvard Law accepted Obama's college transcripts, that's good enough for me.

On the other hand, Romney's tax returns were so damning that John McCain took one look at them and picked Sarah Palin for VP over Romney.

Also, it's such established tradition for presidential candidates to release their tax returns that even Romney's father released 12 years' worth.

Regardless of what Obama does or does not do, Romney should release his returns, like EVERY OTHER PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE EVER.

I think you'll run into that at pretty much every prestigious college, but if Cornell avoids that, that's only a positive in my book.

damn I feel bad for you guys...my 8th grade team went 0-fer all season long...one of the worst seasons ever and we didn't even score our first TD until the last game of the year

everyone made fun of us for not knowing where the endzone was, it was harsh

my junior and senior year we made it to the postseason so I think we did pretty well...2 years after I graduated my HS won state and the year after that they got runner up

I can't say I've ever faced adversity on a sports team, they are usually pretty good. I wish I could use that though, that sounds pretty simple and has potential to be successful.
