  • Walmart Meth Lab
    A cleaning worker discovered a makeshift meth lab in the bathroom at Walmart.

    Somebody left behind a surprise in the bathroom at Walmart.

    A custodial employee working on Saturday found a "shake-and-bake" meth lab in the women's restroom at a store in Alabama, Boaz Police Department officials confirmed to The Huffington Post.

    The single-use methamphetamine operation included a Nestle water bottle and five empty packets of the over-the-counter cold medicine pseudoephedrine, the Gadsen Times reported.

    "That kind of blew my mind when I read the report," Police Chief Terry Davis said, according to WHNT-19. "We've found a lot of shake-and-bake meth labs in different places but never inside a business."

    Police also found it odd that the pills used to cook the low quality methamphetamine were of a brand not sold at Walmart.

    Investigators with the Marshall County Drug Enforcement Unit disposed of the meth-making lab.

  • The woman in Tulsa started it all, in regards to Wal-Mart. She knew that other, younger, meth addicts would find out about her doing what she was doing and try to emulate her because they thought it was cool.

    Meth-Mouths act like they don't even care about the children and the younger addicts and what they think of them. Show a little bit of class and think about what the children are going to see and know that you older methies influence them and they are going to try just what you are doing. You build a little lab in a Wal-Mart and they are going to try to do it to.

    I recently saw a post on this site that stated the Saline County had the sad honor of being the meth capital of America as well as one of the most corrupt cities in America. I will not state who made this comment as I do not like to individualize anyone or disrespect them. I would like to state that if one is to make a claim of this nature, please state where this information was obtained from so others may reference your claim. I myself have researched the subject because I felt the claim was off base. What I have found is as follows:
    Tennessee had 2082 meth lab incidents in 2010, up 41% from 2009. That beat out Missouri's 1,960 meth lab incidents, placing Missourri in 2nd for the first time since 2003. Several other states in the nation also had over 1,000 meth lab incidents as well. The entire state of Arkansas had 483. How can Saline County be the meth capital of the nation if Arkansas isnt even close to being the meth capital of the nation? I obtained this information very quickly conducting a search with the Justice Department and the DEA. As far as the corruption claim, I will also conduct research on it and get back to my fellow citizens. Please peolpe, if you are going to make obscene claims about the place where my children are growing up, please state references. If it is in deed correct then we can all work together to fix the issue. Thank you for your time and helping better our community.
