How do you feel about a player teaching a coach the offense?

Saban has a playbook that he goes by. He gives the OC the book and tells him to learn it just like he would a new QB. The new OC brings in a few plays he likes, but overall, it's the same regardless of who Saban hires. AJ has been there longer, so he knows the plays better. What we ultimately want out of our new OC is great play calling and a good QB coach.
