I don't agree with them using the word of a convict as fact if someone who isn't required to talk to them doesn't talk to them.
They should only be allowed to use what they can prove. But the NCAA thinks they are Roger Goodell and do what they want.

NCAA is giving UM and the players every chance to tell their side of the story. If they refuse, then what do you expect the NCAA to do? They only have one side of the story because they other side refused to talk. That is admission of guilt.

Last time I checked, extortion was illegal as a pretty big deal to our legal system. Why would the federal courts care if baseball players are juicing? Why would they care about bounty gate? The NCAA is the biggest bunch of crooks out there... It won't be long (not saying this is the straw that breaks the camels back) before our government intervenes IMO.
