    Apparently you help schedule bamas teams they play? Did you call USC and say "dang man we ain't scared of ya'll we got a winning record over you so you must be scared of us"?

    And apparently you know which teams were scared to play them, Mike Slive, is that you?

    Why pollsters did it 3 times in the early days to say bama won a title...you ever hear of the word retroactive?

    Because we won under the rules of the time. Why's that so hard to grasp?

    It wasn't that bad. He got several pages of responses, including me once. I realized it right after his AP NC talk.

    I guess that is true. I responded for about 2 pages before I realized he wasn't just delusional, but trolling as well.

    Articles stating that USC was trying to schedule sec teams was a fallacy?

    The original question was that sec claiming superior SOS was false by a USC fan and I posted an article stating that USC has trounced it's last 4 sec opponents after someone was knocking USC for not scheduling solid BCS teams. Then you couldn't take the truth so started in on Ohio State...does the sec still have that winning record over the B1G that you posted before since I don't use any stats?

    And I still don't see what the enjoyment factor is for him, assuming he's trolling. Really, I don't get it. Wouldn't everyone prefer to actually have intelligent discussions on here?

    I was trying to have a decent conversation till the sensitive came out of the bama fans....originally I was posting this after someone was bashing USC.

    In his defense USC has tried scheduling SEC schools and they all decline.

    "We've talked to a lot, if not all, of the SEC schools about playing in the future," Lopes said. "I can't get into who said yes and who said no, but we have conversations with a lot of schools. Scheduling is a hard thing because sometimes you want to play each other but it doesn't work out from a timing standpoint."

    USC is 4-0 vs. the SEC under coach Pete Carroll. The Trojans outscored Auburn and Arkansas 167-38 in those home-and-home matchups, including a 23-zip win at then-No. 6 Auburn in 2003 and a 50-14 bludgeoning of the eventual SEC West Division champion Razorbacks in 2006.

    The SEC has since then stopped all talks with USC for scheduling OOC games.

    "They are a football scheduler's dream," said Dave Brown, ESPN's Vice President, Programming & Acquisitions. "They are one of the rare schools that continues to play all of their nonconference games -- in most years -- against BCS teams ... If everybody did it that way, it would certainly be a lot easier for us to schedule games."

    Most of the OOC wins listed were against ND. I'm not sure every school can find a permanent, major D-I school.

    Fwiw, Bama plays Michigan, VT, West Virginia, Michigan St. (home&home) and Georgia Tech (home&home) in the next 8 years. There's talk we may play Wisconsin in either a neutral site game, possibly 2015, or schedule a home&home which would have to be in the 2020's.

    Keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better.

    Take away USC's games against ND and it's still a massive beatdown in comparison to Alabama's 1 road win vs an AQ team with at least 4 wins, and their 3 neutral site wins against 2 7-6 teams, and the typical victim VaTech.

    Instead of being mad at me, you should be sending angry letters to your AD, demanding he stop embarrassing your tradition rich school with such pathetic schedules.

    W/out ND
    @Ohio State 11-2
    @Va Tech 11-3* (Landover,MD)
    @Arkansas 10-4
    @Colorado 9-5
    @Auburn 8-5
    @Ohio St 7-4-1
    @Syracuse 7-4-2
    @Houston 7-5
    @Oklahoma 5-4-2
    @Nebraska 5-7
    @Penn St 5-7
    @Virginia 5-7

    Home wins
    Penn St 11-2
    Ohio St 10-3
    Penn St 9-3
    Purdue 9-4
    Auburn 9-4
    Nebraska 9-5
    Baylor 7-5

    No wonder some of the top recruits in the south keep coming to USC. They want to play against the best possible competition, not play against Samford & Son and McNeese & McNephew St.

    Also you think the SEC is sooo much superior than the B1G...butttt the B1G has an overall winning record over the sec and more national titles (including bamas made up titles if you want)More heismans and NFL players. As much as I hate it Michigan completely OWNS your whole conf.

    Michigan is 6-1 vs. the SEC in bowl games over the last ten years.

    Michigan is 23-5-1 vs. the SEC all time.

    Wow you are a dumbass.

    Since 1933 (when the SEC was officially formed), the SEC is 72-50 against the Big Ten. At least do some homework before you post.

    Arky (0-4), OM (0-2), VU (5-6) are the only teams with losing records, while UK is 16-16.

    Bama never turned down USC. In fact, Pete and Nick attempted to set something up in . However, were unable to due to scheduling conflicts.

    We have been trying to set up a home and home series with ND for over a decade and they won't do it.

    Saban loves playing big OOC games and series. It's great for exposure and recruiting.
