I just saw this list...not sure how accurate it is, but it seems legit. Check out who is at the top...i almost lost my sh*t...

Tennessee is first because their in-state talent is terrible. They have to go OOS for most of their players, therefore they spend more money on recruiting.

Pell grants paid those, at least for everyone but douchebag Wes Saunders. He's prob paying his with his league minimum wage or from his race-baiting dad's bank account.

Yeah, there's clearly some private schools that would be on that list and Duke is the first that comes to mind and I wouldn't be surprised if Stanford was up there too..
