    I'm pretty sure Alabama has more,so I thought I'd help y'all out.

oh my bad, I thought you didn't take the forfeits out. I was saying you had to, but you already took them out right?

As far as I know Michigan has never had to forfeit wins. I wish the NCAA would have made us forfeit all the losses and wins of the 15-22 Rich Rod era.

My god you guys are so lucky that his wife didn't want to move to Alabama. Imagine if you guys got stuck with him and we got Saban. roflmao

I wouldnt be sig betting and betting a year away from BOL if I wasn't 100% serious.

Yeldon is good man but there's no way he starts this season unless we have massive injuries before him.

And I don't see any reason why, after his surgery, Lacy won't be 100% come fall camp. If he isn't then I imagine Hart will start with Fowler backing him up.

And Lacy will definitely get 230+ carries. His backups (Hart and Fowler) Saban has said are both 'good at certain things but not good at everything' so I think because Lacy is more versatile he'll get more carries, just like TR and MI.

I would be mildly surprised if Yeldon started next year, but I definitely don't see it happening this year.

Did you bet he'd be starting day one at Michigan, or that he'd eventually be starting by say midseason?

I can't exactly remember. Mr.Crimson has it in his sig right now, if you can find him somewhere.

Brave either way, i would feel bad for Lacy losing his job, but man would it chap the arses of the aubs seeing Yeldon take the first carry.

  • I'd take DAT over any back in the country. Having him completely changes how the defense plays you, and completely changes the return game.

I actually have him winning the Doak next year in the bet. That would probably send the Barners over the edge IYAM. Thats where I lost it,but I just have this gut feeling that he does sometjing special. More so than any player weve had in my lifetime. Given the circumstances, it just seems written.

Interesting, he is a play maker, but i wouldn't go that far. To each his own though

Noone is even close to being the homerun threat out of the backfield and out wide like he is.

    Reggie Bush part II IMO

He is crazy fast, and shifty. I don't know much else about him, seems like Bush was more physical than he is though. I like big bruisers myself though.

Yes Bush was more physical, and played between the tackles, but good luck getting a clean hit on Thomas.

  • Just depends on who they were playing if someone would get a clean hit IMO.

Special talent. Needs to solve the fumble issues, but that is true of a lot of young backs.

I think people are sleeping on Barner, IMO. He was almost interchangeable with James at times.

I think Bush was a better RB than Thomas, but Thomas has the same electric playmaking ability in the open field.

Reminds me of Kevin Williams when he was at Miami in 90-92 more than Bush though.

Disagree, nobody has the speed or lateral quickness to change directions and square him up.

Does anybody get a clean on DeSean Jackson in the NFL?

    Yes

    Play

DeSean Jackson Big Hit From Dunta Robinson

Jackson took a huge hit from Atlanta corner Dunta Robinson early in the second quarter. He was down for a while and later left with a severe concussion and memory loss. Dunta Robinson was also down and left the game as well.

Lol, they said similar things about Barner(sp?) and Lamichael james, yet they had major trouble against AU. They had a combine 81 yards. AU fans would be the first to tell you their defense wasn't their best ever. Just imagine DAT against a legit SEC defense. He can have all the speed he wants, he isn't getting anywhere if his line can't handle the size/speed of the D line.

Fact is DAT is a freakishly shifty/fast dude. but he would get crushed by a big fast D. Doesn't even have to be SEC. FSU's D would crush him

Old school with the Kevin Williams comparison but I like it as Williams was a burner back in the day.

Tell people what they want to hear, they will like you. Tell them the actual truth...they may not.

One hit 1/10 after he catches a pass isn't what I'm referring to, and that obviously wasn't a clean shot, seeing the flag and fine that came with it.

I think it's pretty obvious I wasn't talking about blindside hits. Qb's leading a guy to death is an obvious for anybody.

Well, I'm old. I could have gone with Pierre Goode, pre knee injury, but I figured that would be too old school for some. I always used to say that Bush reminded me of him.

DAT is one of the top athletes in the country, for sure. There really aren't any proven franchise backs like Trent Richardson or Adrian Peterson heading into 2012, so you might have a point.
