I'm reading that the shooting started 15 minutes after the film began and that it was exacerbated by the fact that some movie patrons thought the gunfire was a special effect on the movie.

1 kid that i know of, died in surgery.
i hope the media doesn't make this creep into another legend, making all the crap he did this for known, which is why it continues to happen.
the only way this person should be known is for the public torture that happens to him, like watching him be slowly pulled apart by some cranes or something.

This is one of those things you just can't wrap your head around. Innocent people going to enjoy a movie & then some d!ck heads decide that because their life sucks they will go & shoot up a movie theater. I agree with Barney they should be punished harshly.

i am not sure about the columbine thing, you know. anything in colorado always is close to columbine. in reality, Aurora mall is known as the shitty gang-ridden mall in the Denver area, and Columbine is the uber rich snobbish school on the other side of the denver metro, over in the homes that are about 10 times the average priced home in aurora
they are completely worlds apart.

Damn, sick to my stomach thinking about this. Take the punk that did this out back and put 2 between his eyes. Makes me even more sick to know that he will be eating 3 square meals a day, have heat in the winter, AC in the summer, and some top notch defense team compliments of our tax dollars.
