I'd love to believe Corch Urbs is taking the moral highground here but the reality is he probably just watched a bunch of tape on the current Penn State roster and laughed hysterically.

Indiana's coach said the same things. Minnesota's pretty much said not unless they call there and say they want to come.

I don't often agree with OSU fans, but this is the truth. Commits =/= players.

For someone who spends his whole life on the Internet it's amazing how little you actually know. It wasn't about recruiting verbaled players. It was about doing it during a dead period. And yes he was the first coach today to go on record saying they made a decision not actively recruit any PSU players.
