    He won 11 games without his guys...then won 8 games minus some guys that were there the year before that were some of the best players on the team but still weren't his guys. The only guys that started that he recruited were Raymon Taylor and Desmond Morgan and that's because Countess got hurt.

    No excuses. We've had injuries too and relied on our BACKUP QB to win us a game.

  • I'm no sure why you Michigan fans are so confident in Hoke... he's had 1 good year and 1 good win.... otherwise he is a .500 coach with mid major experience.....

    He's recruiting tons of lineman (which seem to be flocking there) but no play makers..... You guys went from having the #1 class to not getting a commit, and losing guys.....

    How does this prove to you guys that he is going to beat Ohio St and Meyer? I already know what your going to say "Urb is a scumbag, who cheats and Ohio St cheats to win blah blah blah" But its all just an excuse because Ohio St is the only team in the north besides ND who is doing what they have to do to compete with the SEC.

    I suppose if Hoke didn't want to go 8-5, you might think he would have the smarts to wear one next year.

    You're unintelligent. Gardner was a starting WR. You can't teach a kid a new position, and still have him taking full backup reps at QB.

    Lolz, this post shows how uneducated you are. It was a lack of Bellomy's self-preparation, not the coaching staff's.

    There's someone wearing a headset who stands next to him the entire game. I think it's an assistant. I know that sounds a bit ambiguous and unpersuasive, but he literally has someone whose job is to shadow him with a headset and he gets whatever message he wants across at all times. Hoke is not going to call every offensive play. How many head coaches do? But when Hoke wants something specific, he picks up the headset and states his point. When a coach needs Hoke, he's an arms-reach away from the headset. If it's something small, his shadower relays the message. Then for the majority of the time Hoke is not needed on the headset, he is not being distracted and focuses on the on-field activities.

    Green is high on every team he likes, I'll believe where that kid goes when he signs his LOI, and I'm not sure which hunt your talking about? Cameron Hunt? ANOTHER lineman?

    Like I said EXCUSES! You (dont) have a top 5 class because you have 15 highly ranked lineman! Hopefully they can play RB/WR....

    But uhh,, last time I checked your class is #6....

    We have 5 lineman. OMG that's soooo many. We have 17 guys who are 4 star or higher. So by OSU math all of them are linemen. Got it.

    Derrick Green and Cameron Hunt would make that ratio 6:19. So that's obviously 19 linemen.

    UM's numbers are extremely low on scholarship OL right now. So taking 5 or 6 is idiotic, right?

  • Ill tell you guys what. When Brady wins a conference championship, ill give him a little respect. Also, Hokes 11-2 season schedule was a cake walk too. Lots of home games, and we sucked. I also wanna see Hoke win some meaningful games on the road.
