No one can be sure when predicting the future.
However, I would be shocked if most position groups didn't improve as more of Hoke's players hit the field. Take Kovacs for instance, he has a great story about being a walk on and playing hard, but he can't make all the plays he needed to. Replacing him with a guy like Thomas will more than likely be an upgrade. The same goes for many other positions as well.
Also, I'm not saying that OSU isn't going to improve because god knows I don't feel like starting that argument.

I was unaware that the recipe for winning was having playmakers at WR. I can't wait until Monday to watch USC and Clemson in the NCG. Ohhh wait. They aren't playing. It's 2 teams who are built around the O and D lines and running game. Weird.
I'll live in the world where Hoke and Borges sent Ryan Lindley, Ronnie Hillman, and Vincent Brown to the NFL, despite them all being 2/ low 3 star recruits.
Also what fact did you point out? Are you aware what the word "fact" means? I'm thinking you probably don't.
