    I agree everyone(or most anyways) has an advantage. Evans is stronger, but he didnt look it last night. I just want to see him fight people who have a shot at beating him. No one at LHW does. Fwiw i think st. Pierre and silva.should move up.

    lol, have you ever fought or wrestled before? I'm gonna say you haven't. You dislike him because he won't move up a weight. Guy is at his comfortable fighting weight and is head and shoulders above everyone. A guy with his talent shouldn't move to HW, if anything cut further down and fight more skilled guys.

    Nah, maybe i am just old school, but I would rather fight people who are actually my size, but hey. If you and apparently Jones have the mindset that it is cool to beat up on people smaller than you, then that is your problem.

    So since he is 6'4" and weighs right at 230, he couldnt gain 10 pounds and be the same weight as the HW champ? That would probably benwfit him by giving him more strength

  • He is the absolute best at that division, possibly the the most skilled in the UFC. I do not deny that, but I have had enough of people running rough shod through their division with pretty much no competition(Silva and to an extent St. Pierre) when they could go up 1 division and still be very competitive.

    That's JMO.

    Not without gaining serious weight. Because of Evans' shorter levers, he can be much stronger and stay in the same weight class. His shorter levers also give him an inherent proprioception and leverage advantage. Every single body type has some sort of advantage. Jones just happens to be very good at utilizing his.

    With the weight, you are talking about something that EVERY SINGLE FIGHTER ON THE PLANET DOES(and a lot of them far more than Jones), but for some reason it is only unfair when Jones does it.

Someone will come along to challenge Jones, there always is. Especially in a sport like MMA where all it takes is 1 mistake.
