Did you forget how young we were in the beginning of the season? But wait... Top 20s after we had freshman and sophomores playing mostly till the fourth quarter and Jarvis was injured some as well. But we are as talented and as ready as anyone in the country.

When it comes to win and you are in for a national title : nope. But to think that this is going to be a slaughter by anyone is I think off base. I think the game stays close and whoever wins, pulls ahead late.

Honestly Im not worried about rank right now, and anybody whos been watching our defense the past 5 weeks or so shouldnt be either. Shawn Williams really woke the defense up, doesnt matter what you guys "think", we are one of if not the best defenses in the country RIGHT NOW.

But I thought there was NFL talent everywhere....or that's at least what we are being told. Is Jones missing games against FAU and Kentucky your excuse?
Ogletree and Rambo were both back for the 44 and 35 point showings against Tennessee and SCar as well.
Youth......sounds like an Auburn excuse, IMO.

At one point we had two starting freshman olb and a walk on safety and a sophomore middle linebacker and several young guys at corner.... So at the early part of the season we were young. I have the upmost respect for bama and what they have done. To be the best, you have to beat the best. This is going to be a good game.

Yeah, playing 2 teams outside of the top 100 in offense and an FCS wouldn't have a thing to do would that would it?
You did hold Ga Tech to a glorious 32 yards below their average. That puts you on par with most ACC defenses. Congrats! BYU held them 269 yards below their average.
