I do think Vandy's defense may be better. Not as many nfl players, but those undersized high motor d-lineman and db's that can catch the ball are pretty damn good. Gave us fits, Lord knows UGA was a sieve again when we played. I don;t think we threw a pass in 2nd half and scored 35 with our average offense

I think people have put too much into the Texas A&M game. First, they caught us at the right time coming off an emotional, hard-fought win over LSU (we won our tough division road game). Second, it took the game of Manziel's life. Not saying Aaron Murray isn't capable of playing the game of his life. But aTm won the game. We had our chances and didn't get it done.
We clearly weren't mentally prepared and aTm pinned their whole season and program existence on that game.
But ask yourself this question: what team in this country could have gone into Baton Rouge and came away with a win against LSU when the Tigers are playing like that? Not the South Carolina team that bent y'all over - and LSU didn't play nearly as good against SC as they did against us.
You're making a big, big mistake if you think this game's in the bag.
