I guess it's hard to provide any examples when the best OOC wins the B1G had were a 17-13 win by MSU over Boise St at home and Wisconsin beating Utah St at home 16-14 because Utah St missed a FG as time expired.
Basically you got nothing but bad B1G football, and with the horrible recruiting class Penn St just signed it isn't going to get any better for the Nittany Ligers.

Utah State finished the year ranked #16 in the AP poll, so again, your example is crap. Both the Big Ten and Pac-12 had 3 teams in the final AP top 25. The Big Ten had two teams in the "others receiving votes" (PSU and Wisky). The Pac-12 had one (UCLA). So I'm not sure how you get that no teams in the Big Ten could finish in the top 10 in the Pac-12. Your arguments are baseless.

Wisconsin was better than Oregon St, and just pretend that they didn't actually play the game on the field and
lose.The real question is how many MAC teams besides Ohio would have Penn St lost to (I'd say 3 or 4)
Hey you know what's really funny besides striped Penn St shirts, the fact that such a terrible mess of a Kiffin
staff at USC just signed more 5 star recruits (4)
than the entire Big 10 conference did (3) 
based on the 24/7 composite.

Who cares how many they signed? USC's started 4/5 star players pretty much everywhere last year and they still stank. The KIff has shown the ability to take diamonds and turn them into turds.
