    Emerald Bowl? Naw, SC is on a Gator Bowl mission like Ohio State was last year. Also, speaking of the Emerald Bowl, wasn't that the year SC won at the shoe? My memory starts trippin' sometimes, you have to forgive me. As far as LaRue is concerned, if he sticks, cool, if he doesn't, cool....there are at three potentials waiting for his spot to open up.

  • FWIW I think you USC fans are selling LaRue short. You watch him on film and the first name that comes to mind is DeSean Jackson. IMO he and Mitchell are perfect fits to go along with the big bodied outside WRs you guys have been stockpiling.

    I don't think anybody is specifically selling him short. I think after witnessing the Stanford game you can have two top WR's in the nation but WR's don't mean squat if you can't get the ball to them.

    Right now we are locked up for 4 WR's coming in this next class... it's more or less saying we can stand to lose one(especially if he's allegedly looking around) and stock up another position.... from a fan perspective.

    I believe the Ducks have a fair amount of nfl players. I guess if your ultimate goal is to go to the nfl and underachieve in college SC is the place to be. While in college it should be about winning. That shows team. I guess if you're,a selfish primadina and you only care for your own success then again, SC is the spot. Last time I checked the Ducks were 3-0 and SC...2-1. Oh and btw the Ducks have been beating your Trojans for almost two decades now playing their video game style and looking good while doing it.     You're in way, way over your league here, quacker. Check the past 10 drafts, how many players has your "finest" teams sent to the NFL vs our least successful years.....you don't play real football, with football players that are trained and nurtured to get to the next level.

    That's called using your players to bring in money for your program, and give uncle phil, the owner and supreme head of your franchise, a football program he can use to sell his product. The perfect CFB version of runway models, lol.
