Don't know the whole story about Massington so I'll refrain from commenting specifically on that but I will say that if there is one group a school doesn't want to piss off in recruiting it's the cartel of Texas HS football coaches. Not saying I blame them all the time nor questioning the job those coaches do but if you piss them off, they will hold a grudge and basically eliminate your school's recruiting efforts of their kids. Not the bunch to mess with if you want to recruit in Texas.
