Vertigo

Anyone else get this sometimes? I'm having an occurrence this morning - I can't even get out of bed today. Just tried to walk to the bathroom and almost fell over. UGH. I'm hoping there is some Benadryl around here for me to take - does anyone have any holistic ways to help ease the dizziness/headache/nausea?

I recommend that you try a product called "Nauzene". It comes in liquid and tablets, I prefer the liquid as it seems to work faster.While it may make you a little sleepy, it will cure the nausea and headache.Most drug stores and supermarkets carry it and it only cost about $6-7. On the flip side, it is the best relief for a hangover that I have ever found

I get it. Quite often too. Ive been to an ENT Dr for it, but they couldnt really do anything. Did all sorts of test, tried dramamine, etc...
It just comes every couple months, lasts a few days and goes away. It sucks.
I cant ride in elevators unless I have to. Being on a high floor of a building brings it out too...

A few years ago I had vertigo so bad that I could not sleep. Every time I tried to fall asleep I would get that falling feeling and jerk awake. I was given a prescription by my doctor to help with inner ear problems (I wish I could remember the name) and after a couple weeks I was fine. I fortunately have not had to deal with vertigo that severe since but every now and then I get an annoying dizzy spell that lasts a few days.

I get migraines as well. My Dr prescribed me Frova. I actually havent had to use it yet, but apparently its a friggen wonder drug for migraines.

I used to get migraines all the time during my childhood. Thank God I mostly outgrew it and it is a rare occurrence now.

When I was an intern at a physical therapy clinic we saw many patients who had vertigo. They're was a whole routine that are PT would take them through and I think it was basically aimed at dissolving the crystals in your inner ear that cause the vertigo. Seemed to work well with most patients.
