Anyways, I remember beating Red Dead Revolver on the regular X-box and it was an amazing, underrated game. I rented it randomly one night at BlockBuster played non-stop until I beat the game.
Now, I realize Red Dead Redemption has been out for a very long time but i've been so busy with 1 million other games that I haven't had time to play RDR yet. I finally bought it the other day and I'm playing it now to kill some boredom time and man this game is awesome. I did the same with Skyrim, for some reason they'll be 2-3 games a year that I know is badass but I wait forever to actually play. (i'm glad I waited though).
I'll be on this game for a while but they did an excellent job. I'll probably be up until 4-5 a.m. playing this game.
I've been playing the crap out of Fifa '13 online lately, I forgot how awesome that game is too.

I'm thinking about buying a Wii-U to get online and whoop some ass in SUPER SMASH BROS!!!! Man I cannot WAIT!!.
And side scrolling Super Mario in HD??? frick yeah!!
Also, ZELDA IN HD!!! Oh my goodness!!

Picked up Skyward Sword the other day (I've got a Wii, not a Wii-U). Going to play it as soon as I finish Assassin's Creed 3.

Just a different type of gaming. Both PC and console have their strength and weaknesses. I would like to have the best of both worlds, and hopefully will soon.

PCs "do" everything related to actually running any given game better than the consoles, and it's not even close. This includes stability over the Internet IMO. Where consoles beat out PCs, I think, is when it comes to social gaming. Steam is making it easier to see friends playing online and join them and services like Battlelog are as well, but it's not quite as refined as simply seeing your friends on XBL is. And there's no question that consoles dominate PCs when it comes to playing together in the same room. There are ways to do it (Steam's Big Picture is the new best way IMO) but the platform still just isn't there.
Basically, pros and cons for both.
