I love God of War also. Kratos is the biggest badass I have ever seen. I loved Gears of War 3 beta it seems to be a big improvement over the 1st two. As far as shooters I know I am in the minority but I like Halo, Gears, Killzone more so than the military shooters. I guess I just get tired of 20 different military shooters coming out every year and most of them are all the same. I want more variety in games.

Battlefield is the only true military shooter. COD is just arcade BS to please the kids. Can't stand Halo or Gears.

I really like Killzone but I could never get into Halo or Gears. Killzone basically is a miltary shooter it is just set on a different planet.

Any game where you have a gun that is also a chainsaw that you can use to cut people in half is a bad ass game IMO.
