Jets are in multiplayer, just like in Battlefield 2. The large scale maps are returning like in Battlefield 2 as well. This is a true Battlefield game, this isn't Bad Company. Bad Company is pretty much a spinoff of the true Battlefield franchise.

I'm guessing there will be 32 players on Console, maybe more but doubtful. PC will have 64 players. DICE said they are making the game separately for each platform, so maybe PS3 will get a few more players than XBOX. Its possible, but doubtful. The maps may not be quite as big as the PC version either for all we know, but they will be bigger than BC2. Got to have more airspace for the jets.

They have said there is a guaranteed 24, but could be more. They said that 24 is not set in stone. I think they are just waiting until E3 to surprise everyone with a bigger number.

Also, if the maps are the same size as PC, there will have to be more players. If not then there will be a lot of dead zones in the Battlefield. If they can't raise the number from 24 then they will need to reduce the map size.
