I would go with an i5. They're great for gaming and overclock like a beast. I got mine up to 4.1Ghz from 3.3Ghz still keeping it under 55*C on load. Usually anything by ASRock, ASUS, MSI, and EVGA and you will get a good mobo. SSD's are good if you don't mind spending the rest of the money. I have a normal 500gb Sata2 Samsung drive and I'm loading maps almost faster than other people in online games and it takes me about 30-60 seconds to fully boot up.
SSD's will make it a little faster. But honestly, I would put that money elsewhere at first and get the SSD later on after you bough everything else. Put it in the GFX card budget.

That's what I did, I did every single outpost and radio tower and nearly all the side quests before I did the last missions. Really only have to find all the relics now.

I found enough relics to unlock the signature weapon and haven't actively looked for anymore. Of course I have just stumbled across quite a few.

In some cases, I would agree.
Like I prefer my Z93 sniper over the sig one, since I like the suppressor attachment.
I do love the Shredder though.

My Z93 takes them out with a headshot, so I am happy with it.
The difference between the AWR and the regular Z93 is that the AWR has explosive rounds.
I use nothing but sneak weapons besides me SPAS shotgun though, I have the sig assault rifle (silent), the Z93 (silent), the Shredder (silent lol), and then finally my shotgun. I do use the bow quite a bit though.
