Then why are you watching the Nintendo presser? LoZ is, IMO, their best franchise, even better than Mario.

I figure it will be the Wii. The game will probably come out before the new console. That is the only game I am looking froward to on the Wii.

Disagree. The new controller is awesome, and it was obvious that there is a graphics bump. Some of the titles, like Mario, you cannot give it a big graphics bump because that is not what mario is.

the graphics will not get that big of a bump. Im sure this will do fine with the kids. But most games that are successful are geared towards the older crowd. I got tired of my wii in 2 months. Look at the most anticipated games remaining this year..how many are NIntendo?

Nintendo Wii outsold the 360 and PS3 combined. I wouldn't say that is "falling behind".

The rumors before hand were that this new console would be more powerful than the PS3. I never believed it and it sounds like it isn't true.

True but in the last year the Wii sales have really slowed. When you target the casual market the sales can be very fickle. I think nintendo realizes they screwed the hardcore gamers with the Wii and will try and do a better job this time around.

They are doing a much better job with the controller. I will definitely be getting this system. I wasn't crazy about the Wii remote because it wasn't ideal for playing platform games like mario.
