Long time no see Steve. But any team that loses to James Madison with Tyrod Taylor can lose to any of the teams mentioned above.

Mike London is building at UVA and East Carolina has been fielding some good teams of late. But yes their schedule is a joke. UK could maybe hit 10 wins off that schedule

Pretty sure he said Miami.. And I don't see them beating Miami, especially because all the suspended players will be back. And they could stumble somewhere else (a la James Madison..)

Don't see them going to the NC

that would be really interesting for sure

they are smart as hell is what they are , who knows they might make it into the NC with that schedule

FSU is gonna beat the crap out of them this time around if we see them in Charlotte

VT is nothing special in the trenches like always and that will be their downfall to at least 2 losses, maybe more

I honestly don't see it being that tight but its a long ways away

I don't see Wilson being able to run on FSU with the OL VT has, believe me its a very average unit

Wilson is also all they have really at RB

Good WR's but a young converted TE at QB who can't pass to save his life right now.... has a cannon, but is about as accurate as a fully automatic Tech 9

DL is not deep at all, 2 true freshman make up the second team unit at DT and the DE's are both first time starters

LB is okay I guess but its the same group from last year that was very poor against the run

Secondary like WR is probably the biggest strengths of the team

Overall they are a 4 loss team but because of the schedule they will lose around 2-3 IMO.... anybody that thinks they run the table doesn't know much about VT

i am not counting them out of anything - could be a huge year and they are having another great year in recruiting as well

There is no way in hell that VT plays for the NC. I see FSU playing in the NC game before VT.....and I honestly do not see us in the NC game. Next year is another story.......

We will be worse next year. Everyone seems to think next year is our year...

We lose both OT's who are NFL caliber (Datko is a likely 1st rounder), and we lose OG Spurlock. Our OL will be a HUGE step down from this year.

We also lose Bradham, who has lead the team in tackles for the last 2 years, a long with a few others.

Games are won/lost in the trenches, and FSU's OL is going to be solid but not nearly as good next year as it is this year. If we make a NC run it's going to be this year not next.

i dont know , you have serious talent that is young but i do think your youngsters will get coached up this year and be ready for next year
