Voting is a RIGHT provided to us in the Constitution. I consider it a PRIVILEGE to be given that right by my country.
Was trying to justify the "give and take" so to speak. We are given the chance to vote so in trade, we provide proof we are who we say we are.
I can see where my first statement was confusing.
