Just got a call from my lawyer and the county, or actually City of Prattville, has once again postponed my case from January 23rd until May 15th.
They sure aren't in any hurry to lock me up. I don't give a damn. Four more months with no worries.
The longer it goes, the better it looks for you. My brother-in-law went through something like you are and eventually he got a 60 day suspended sentence and 2 years probation that back counted for not getting into trouble for 16 months. He basically had 8 months probation and no jail time.
