WR Earnest Robinson Visiting Bama Monday

Your steady decline is reaching Terrell Owens status.

    I expect more from him.

When he can troll more fanbases other than Alabama he will earn my respect back

Not elite but he was one of Sabans first recruits

Our offense will remain the same however with some new wrinkles.

But to say Auburn runs or throws more is laughable since they havent taken a snap in a pro style offense since the Tommy Tuberville days

We are running multiple, we will throw more than you.

That will remain to be seen.

We average around 50/50 so it's possible

50/50 run:pass... but 75/25 of the offense is going through the running back (runs, screens, swing passes). your WRs are largely an afterthought and always will be under Saban.

Has more to do with personnel than offense.

If its a weak QB and a strong WR then you will see the WR get a lot of passes thrown to him because A) he's a stud and B) he's a scapegoat (JPW and McElroy Year 1 with Julio).

If its a normal QB, strong WR, and strong RB, then it will be 50/50 (i.e. 2010).

If its a normal, young QB, weak WRs, and a FREAK RB, it will be slanted to the run.

Next year will be fun to watch. Say what you want about Saban and his control, but AJ with our WR Corps will definitely be different than past years.

My apologies but I cannot remember many WR's from AU. You had the guy a few years ago who left early and went undrafted. Blake is a good WR but not nearly as good as you guys want to believe. Reed has been a bust to this point and Benton has been a bust as well but we expected that. There is not 1 WR on the AU team I would trade for anyone on the Alabama team.

As for the who passes more vs who runs and throws to the RB's....all I can say is if you guys are going throw a lot with Frazier, the DB's of the SEC will be a very happy group.

Blake will probably get drafted in the 2-3 round. Reed has was hurt/redshirted his first year and then was hurt last year so he hasn't really had a chance to be considered a "bust" yet. Benton is a bust unless he somehow has a magical season this year. We have good WR coming in and that are freshman. Coates, Denson, JaQuay, etc.

As for Frazier and his passing, he was put in a stupid situation last year. Not saying he is going to be dominant throwing the ball but I think everyone will be surprised at how well he will throw the ball.

  • Yeah I have seen Blake projected anywhere from the 6th to 18th wide receiver selected in next year's draft. Even if you settle on the low side of those projections, it would still more than likely be ahead of any bammer wide receiver

I would hope y'all have a WR drafted before one of our WRs seeing as how they are all incredibly young.

    No seniors at the position

Sure thang lol...i think i will go with the WR that schooled the Honey Badger on the biggest stage possible. If you are just talking about incoming WRs, Amari Cooper shits on them both.

They ran him down for weeks leading up to the game as being overrated, then when they get a few catches on him, he was the greatest CB in the world.
