They locked the woman in their cell buck naked for six hours. She calls for help because her cousin attacked her and the sheriffs flip and treat her like a suspect.
Men and women strip search her, body slam her to the ground and remove all her clothes. Apparently not the first time it happened with the link Blue posted.

Taking out the family members of those with whom he has a grievance is just unspeakably messed up.

Yeh, but the girl was the daughter of some cop with whom the shooter had an axe to grind for supposedly costing him his job.
Shooter has posted a "Manifesto" vowing to wage asymmetrical warfare against LAPD and their family members. If you're LAPD, or related to anyone who's LAPD, you're in this guy's crosshairs,
