Let's hear some good posters capable of having discussions without flames ruining the thread.
WVU's schedule is a massive upgrade in the Big12. Luckily, WVU has an offense that's special. Defense is going ok in spring game and will be a bend but don't break D.
Oklahoma, TCU, Kansas State, and Baylor play in Morgantown WVU travels to Iowa State, Texas, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, and Kansas
WVU has Maryland at home and Marshall and JMU

Between 3rd and 1st depending on how things shake out. 2 to 3 loses in conference.
Nothing about this team is small time and it is funny some of you think so because of the last 10 years- where they won 3 BCS bowls- more than 100+ teams did in Div1
Traditionally they have played Penn State, Pitt, 'Cuse, BC all power programs in 50s to 90s
Miami, VT power programs in late 80s, 90s 2000
They have beaten SEC champions, Big12 Champions and ACC champions and many of you pencil in Kansas State as a loss?

the texas wvu game is gonna be fun to watch, their passing attack vs our secondary both are our teams strengths. well need to get alot of pressure on Geno to help. I dont know how yalls running game was but when i watched yall a little on saturdays it looked like yall started slow and then lit people up in the second half so yall do a good job making the adjustments. and their suspect d vs our suspect o which ever one improves the most i think gets the advantage. The top 3 i believe is going to be texas ou and wvu in any order. I feel its possible for something like ou takes tx, tx takes wvu and wvu take ou also

I could see anywhere from 2nd to 5th place. What will be interesting is the adjustment playing a Big 12 schedule week to week vs a Big East schedule. Lets face it, WVU is going to have a more physical and tougher time week to week. That may have it's toll in year 1. I see them doing very well depending how they adjust to the higher level of competition week in week out.
