    Not sure what you read either, Warchant doesn't have FSU getting everybody as you made it seem

  • BOL actually does a good job not just telling us what we want the hear. I am member or have been a remember of them all and Tim Watts and Lucky never sugarcoat it like the others. Tim Watts basically told everyone they were an idiot for thinking we were getting Tebow in 06'. People, myself included, did not want to hear that back then. lol.

    OP is not a bad FSU fan. This site does not actually have a lot of them. It's just old grief and anger from the old site (rivals).

  • BOL hasn't missed on a recruit since i joined 247 (year ago) . Weedline is right they dont sugarcoat anything, they are upfront with everyone. I cant speak for other sites, however Tim Watts is the best in the business. Had Robert Foster at 51%, and the day before had it 60-40. He knew Pitt had a great shot but..Pitts site had it way higher than that, and in fact they had everyone believing there was no doubt he would be announcing for Pitt. BOL had Landon Collins above that 51%. But when they know we are less likely to land a recruit they are upfront, and sometimes very blunt as well.

    What about Winston, Goldman and Casher? They had those three pegged to commit to Bama even while one them(Winston) was already commited to FSU. They thought he would flip eventually just like they are thinking Marquez White might flip.

    Nobody is thinking White is going to flip. He lost his spot in the All Star game (after he had a terrible performance) to Cook (who had a great performance). He is safe. As for the others, he didn't think we were going to get Winston. I remember that b/c I was pissed. I don't know of the rest.

    Oh, we were 3rd on Goldman according to them. Casher committed so early we didn't even know who he was. He was not in the discussion, he wanted to play in a 4-3, not a 3-4.

    People still read warchant? Typically, they take 247 and embellish it with their spin/add more recruits. Pretty sure Gene has a 247 membership and cites it as his "inside source".

    They had Collins at 30% chance behind Miami and UF

    They give a 45% chance at Coley to FSU, with Miami at 41%

    Arshad Jackson at 55%

    Kirkland 36% right in front of Miami at 34%

    Tunsil at 25% behind UGA

    Tim Williams is at 52% above #2 Miami with 48%

    Matt Thomas is at 38% right in front of Miami's 34%

    The only parts I disagree with are Thomas and Kirkland

    but its not like they have them going to FSU anyways, the percentage they give for each of them is clear of that

    Other than that I agree that FSU probably gets Bryant, Eddie Jackson, leads for Tim Williams at the moment

    Coley is a kid nobody really knows about so anything you read in regards to him can't be taken seriously, don't care where it comes from
