    I guess I just don't see USC going anywhere for several years after the 2012 season once the scholarship reductions really start to kick in and when Barkley's gone. And if I'm going to say that about USC I have to voice my skepticism about a team that's gone 7-6 (5-4) the last two years some how stepping up into the limelight all of a sudden.

    SC went 7-6? 5-4 the last two years? Do you want a do-over?

    Is 85 players really that much of an advantage over 75? How often do those last 10 ever see the field?

    The lines would be the first place I think you will start to notice the missing schollies, with offensive line being more demanding of quality depth. . Drop down to 75 and you most likely are losing 2 off each line, 2 from the defensive backfield, a linebacker, and 2-3 from the offensive and skill positions (RB, WR, TE, APB, KR/PR) I doubt USC's front line talent changes at all, but their lack of depth over the next few years will kill them iyam.
