Ask Not What Your Country Can Do For You!
Part of famous J.F. Kennedy inaugural addres. As always, he uses many rhetorical devices. Like the famous two sentences "ask not what your country can do for you! Ask What you can do for your country!" are also the pattern that is repeated in many famous speeches. This is the pattern of putting two opposite ideas next to each other. It's called antithesis. 2) We are an instantaneous society. It is amazing how just a weeks ago Obama was on a downward spiral with the Libya fiasco. However, after Hurricane Sandy and being seen with Gov. Fatass, he is looked upon as a savior. That is not a knock on Obama at all, just an assessment of how fast things can change in this campaign. Honestly, a week ago, Romney was going to win. I have no doubt in my mind about that. Then came Sandy. Her winds blew Romney out of the media for an entire week and all we saw was Obama being a great figurehead in a time of crisis... something he failed to do just four weeks ago. A gigantic percentage of people said they made up their minds over that storm, which to me is a ridiculous and irrational way to elect a president, but whatever floats your boat. Just amazing...

2) the republicans and conservatives are just as guilty of this. a huge economic recovery should not be a rapid thing. that is the type of thinking that creates bubbles, and recessions/depressions. This can also be said of Bush's re-election. his "crises" won him the campaign...
i guess it boils down to same thing that makes you laugh makes you cry

I hope something good happens for you soon. Auburn is garbage and you got kicked off of your home page because of Chizik. Obama only gets into office because of hurricane Sandy.
