You have to remember, he lives in his own special world. He went on a rant about with his theory that people were sending PM's about downvoting him. It was pretty solid, but ended up being sad when it was found out he really had these theories in his head.
Is the mod board going to be read-only for us common folk?

Yea, it's just a test board that isn't used from my experiences with it, but they will have to password protect it IMO.
