Wareham High School in Wareham, MA
most notable athlete is Stephen Cooper (96). went to UMaine and started at middle linebacker for the Chargers for about 7 seasons. Shea Allard (06) was a starting O lineman at Delaware for like 3 years an just got cut by the Packers.
We'd easily have 5 D-1 basketball players that I could think of but many of them took the Chris Herren path who went to Durfee in Fall River about 30 mins away. Pretty sad.

I went to Berkmar for my first 3 years back when they were a National basketball powerhouse. Graduated from South Gwinnett, the same school that former UGA QB David Greene came from, but he graduated the year before me.

Carroll County High School - Hillsville, VA
Football has always sucked due to a lack of having a REAL coach.
IPlayed on the 1979 State AA semi-finalist Basketball team where some dude named Ralph Sampson owned the court.
Some dude named Frank Beamer and a beautiful lady whom was the 1979 Miss America, Kylene Barker are our only celebrities.

Team had Eddie Royal, Sean Glennon, Evan Royster and Brent Bowden (starting punter at VT).
Beat Percy Harvin and Landstown in the state final.

Went to Brother Rice (Mich), I think the only notable athelete I can think of is BJ Armstrong.
Wouldn't be surprised if any LaCrosse players made/make it big though. The LaCrosse program is sick.
Edit: Just did a search and they haven't lost to an in state school in the last 10 years.

Graduated with Illinois QB Nathan Scheelhaase
Names Sports Illustrated's #5 high school athletic program in 07-08 and 08-09. You'll be hard pressed to find another program anywhere near KCMO that dominates the country club sports like Rockhurst.

Mater Dei HS in Santa Ana California has
John Huarte Notre Dame 1964
Matt Leinart. USC 2004
And
Woodrow Wilson High School. Dallas Texas
Davey O'Brien. TCU 1938
Tim Brown Notre Dame 1986
And they all came from those school's areas
Unlike Testaverde and George who were from New York and Philadelphia and only went to Fork Union AFTER High School
Testaverde graduated from Sewanhaka HS on Long Island and Eddie George graduated from Abington HS in Pennsylvania
Both went to Fork Union for a FIFTH year so their College Eligibilty clock woudnt start, like it would have if they went to a JC
