Good research Steve, thanks for the info.
To all the complainers ITT, a) the parameters were clearly stated as drafted 3rd round or higher over the last 15 years; b) if you don't like those parameters, instead of whining about it, make yourself useful and contribute something by researching the topic the way you want, then share it with the board you phackin low life SanduskDee faces.

One more sack = better
Just watch son, FSU's DL will do much better in the upcoming drafts than Bama's
If Carradine and Jenkins don't get hurt you are looking at 3 DE's alone going in the first 40 picks of the NFL draft
And the kids coming up behind them are more talented
And this isn't even considering DT where FSU just owns Bama in terms of talent iyam
You guys throw some huge fat guy at 1 spot, meanwhile FSU is oozing 4 and 5 stars to the point they are 7-8 deep with dudes who can push the pile right now

Lulz at Nova and his fantasy world of a better Dline than Bama.
Seriously, so many of these overrated pre-madonna high profile 5 star DLinemen / 1st round draft picks from Florida St that turn out to be gigantic NFL busts.
Why would you keep drafting Florida St D-linemen if you were an NFL GM?

Name them ?
To my count none of them were 5 stars
Werner ? nope, not sure how he is a bust already
Tank ? nope
Dockett ? nope, he wasn't even first round... far from a bust
Travis Johnson ? nope
Bunkley ? nope
Wimbley ? nope
Guion went 5th round.... is still in the NFL years later, not sure how that is a bust
Fluellen went 3rd, so not a 5 star or a 1st rounder
None of these guys were busts either, except maybe Travis Johnson
Who are these busts ? and who are the 5 star busts ?
Seems the only one in a fantasy world is the one you just created
The only FSU DL first round bust was Jamal Reynolds, and that was back in 2001.... and he wasn't a 5 star

Hahaha, you are too much man.
Hilarious that for all the energy you waste bad mouthing USC QB's and such, and (yes some have been busts) it turns out that FSUe's DLinemen are 3x the busts that USC QB's have been in the NFL. 3 of the 5 - 1st round DLineman from FSUe since 1998 were busts.
First, using the 15 yr parameter for DLine U, 8 of the 12 draft picks in rounds 1-3 from FSUe are/were busts since 1998.
All-time for Florida St = 12 of their 17 draft picks in the first 3 rounds are busts.
That's 71% BUSTS !!
Since 1998 1st rounders Andre Wadsworth - giant bust Jamal Reynolds - super bust Travis Johnson - bust
2nd rounders Everett Brown - big bust Larry Smith - bust Tony Bryant - medium bust
3rd rounders Mario Henderson - bust Andre Fluellen - still active, but appears to be another bust
A look at FSUe DLineman being 3x the bust USC QB's are
FSU Defensive line 3 NFL 1st round busts since 98 #3 Overall = Andre Wardsworth (12 approx value) #10 Overall = Jamal Reynolds (2 av) #16 Overall = Travis Johnson (16 av)
The 3 FSU DL combined ..... all no longer play in the NFL, started in only 68 NFL games, managed to play only 12 total years in the league, started for a total of only 5 seasons, and combined have an approx value rating of 30 = an embarrassing 10 AV per player. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
USC QB's (who are allegedly the bigger busts) 2 - 1st round picks / 1 - 7th round pick #5 Overall = Mark Sanchez (27 av) #10 Overall = Matt Leinart (12 av) #230 Overall = Matt Cassel (39 av)
The 3 USC QB's combined all still play in the NFL, have started in 142 games and counting, have 19 years in the league so far, have started 10 of those 19 seasons, and have a combined approx value rating of 78 = 26 per player or almost 3x as much as your 3 Dline busts avg of 10 AV.
I used Cassel as the 3rd bust (even though he's far from a bust considering nothing was expected from the 7th rounder who didn't even start at SC) just to try and match all those 1st round busts from Florida St.
Keep trying to deflect it elsewhere, but the disease of NFL Busts saturates Florida St Dlinemen, and now the world (or at least anyone who reads tBB) will laugh harder with every post about the Noles Elite D and how all your Dline guys are studs and how big time they are or other recockulous claims you make.
Hey, at least Florida State's DB's have done extremely well in the NFL. They are almost the best DB group out there, just a notch below USC and Ohio State.

your logic is retarded Assasin
some of these guys are busts because of work ethic.
travis johnson got to the NFL and busted because he was a lazy ass and dint try at all.
FSU has no control of how a player works once they get to the league
DL also bust out at a much higher rate than other positions. injuries, weight, tough transition from college to NFL. you cant really compare QBs to DL since many many more DL get taken than qbs
