Meyer has been a winner everywhere he's been. Meyer won his first national title in 2006 with Chris Leak running the show. Tebow basically just came in for short yardage situations, and that offense looked fine (trust me, as an OSU fan I am very aware of how good that offense was).
Meyer's biggest problem at Florida was his high turnover of qualitity assistant coaches. Brantley was also not meant to run what that offense had developed into with Tebow.
Braxton Miller is the dual-threat Meyer needs, and with the defense he is building I think OSU will be a title contender within the next few years.

The ones that havent quit or gone to jail. How is this so hard to understand? You need depth. You need players that can possably step in one day. Even if it is their Senior year before they start they could still possibly make an inpact on their team one day.
Auburn is in shambles right now whether you want to admit it or not. They are not developing much talent. JMO

Tebow Played ALOT that year. Did you watch one single game of Floridas that year? They were saying how he was gonna be a heisman that year and most of the Florida fans were calling for Chris to be benched cause everytime Tebow came in the game he helped them win and made plays. As a matter of fact he was saying all kinds of chet after and during the season as to how he thought the Gator nation turned on him...
And the other schools are not Big boy football sorry.. Coaches do good all the time at lower tier schools and get to an actual conference and flunk out.
And yes Your QB does seem to fit the mold of an Meyer QB so thats good. But do you really think he is on the level of Tebow??

I don't know what your definition of "a lot" is but the stats say he threw 33 passes the whole year for 358 yards and 5 tds. He averaged 33 yards rushing per game and had 8 rushing touchdowns.
I don't think anyone was calling him a heisman winner that year; maybe they were predicting that if that's what you meant. He was basically a glorified fullback his freshman year.
And I don't think Miller is on Tebow's level, but I think he is actually more talented than Tebow. BUT I've never seen a player with Tebow's determination and heart, so we'll see how it all pans out.

Except they are developing TALENT. Auburn has talent i am not saying that. Just not enough. All of your talent has either left or been injured or not panned out. The whole point of a program is to develope talent. Think about it. 4 years in and what do you guys have other than those mentioned? Thats how you get a strong experienced team with depth and talent. All of yours has not developed that greatly. IMO How do you think Boise State does what they do???????? They don't recruite 5 stars but they have depth and they know how to develope what they have into 5 stars. Gene... Not so much. JMO. Do you understand what i am saying Sir?
That said i really like
LB- Cory LEminer (sp)?
TE- Phillip luchinkerkin (sp)? Would be a starter at Bama IMOCptAUmerica21
