  • It's their attitude. They get all of these recruits SOOOOO early and if guys don't commit early or want to look around.. Mack won't wait and great players end up going elsewhere. I mean, we've got a ton of great players from the state of Texas because Brown quit recruiting them because they didn't commit early to them.

    Mack Brown might seem like a nice guy but he is VERY, very arrogant. He needs to go, reminds me of Tubberville at Auburn, he just lost his fire late in his career.. Even though TT was a very, very good coach.

    Saban did the same thing in his first couple of years at Bama with kids wanting to take official visits. Once they committed, he told them no visits. It cost him a couple of commits too.

    I think Tubby got lazy because he didn't need to recruit hard when Bama was down. Most of the kids he wanted, he got. That changed quick once Saban arrived and Tubby had no answer.

    If Mack doesn't watch out, Sumlin is going to going start out recruiting him. Well, he already is this year. Going to get worse if Mack keeps blowing games and failing to show he can win the big ones.
