We just ended a lease on our RAV4. It was the 2009 Sport with Sport package (no tire on the back door). We loved it, except for the runflats. The runflats suck ass. My husband thought it was a rocket ship. With 2 car seats we needed more room, so we got an Acadia, but if my husband could have bought out the lease and kept it for himself, he would have.
Oh, and it has a cool super bowl commercial this weekend.

A huge gearhead should be well aware of the STi/Evo AWD 4-banger Turbo crowd. It only takes one trip to the drag strip (or pretty much any racing venue with street cars) to get a quick lesson.
Linked video is me (Evo) vs. a buddy (STi.) Blurry due to night time video, but we ran 11.7-11.8s. This is at 5000' in Colorado.

The good:
Perfect size for the family, seats up to 8, plenty of leg room front and back, has third row if needed, solid sound system, AC and volume controls front and back, plenty of power, if you lay down third row it has a huge storage area for going on vacations etc.The bad:
MPG 19 hwy 15 city, not much room behind third row if all your seats are taken, check engine light stays on because the gas caps suck on these things.Not my pic below but this is what mine looks like.
