Read this quote in an article on IGN related to bandwidth caps:
"According to Wired, Time Warner Cable made $1.13 billion in revenue from broadband in the first quarter of 2011, but only reinvested 3-percent on improving its networks."
Only 3 percent? That seems almost offensive in my eyes, when on the other hand they're talking about how the networks can't handle the growing congestion.
