    If we pull Chris Jones with RNK and Conner, along with Wilkins we will have the number 1 class.

    And if Bama pulls Vonn Bell and Reuben Foster? To go along with Derrick Henry, Jonathan Allen, Robert Foster, OJ Howard, etc..

    Like I said, congrats on putting together a good class, it's too bad every other team in the West is doing the same.

    The hardest team you have to play next year from the East is Vandy and you still will go 6-6. It will be entertaining watching Bo Wallace throw another 17 INTs though.

    You do know that he SEC is responsible for making the SEC schedule. Not the teams!

    My point was, even though you don't have to play UGA, UF or USCe, you still aren't looking at much better than a 7 win season. I wouldn't pick you to beat Vandy, Texas, Alabama, LSU, ot aTm. That is 7-5 with possible trap games with Auburn, Arkansas and Mizzou.

    You went 6-6 last year and you are replacing UGA, who beat you by 4 scores, with a bad Mizzou team. 7-5 is about right. But hey, I guess that is improvement for Ole Missshrug

We are returning 20 starters and are going to pull in a top 5 recruiting class most likely. Could we win 6 games? yes. But we're going to be more talented an a 6-6 team.

    Well there is this thing called rebuilding. I'm sorry we don't play in the leaders/ legends whatever the hell you call it.
    I tell you what get back at me when you have 3 top 10 teams in your DIVISION!
    Considering we play the reigning national champions, the Heisman trophy winner, and at Texas. Yes 7-8 wins would be a good season.

    Not saying you will be a bad team. I just think its funny when many of the Ole Miss fans act like this class will turn them into a national team. The truth is it will take 4 years of this for Ole Miss to be truly competitive in the West.

    Are you saying that Saban actually tried to skew the BCS standings in our game? You guys fought hard, but we had in reserves for most of the second half. You do realize that he let up against Ole Miss right? Were you not watching the game and who was playing for us.

    You aren't telling the whole story with that field goal either and you know it. We could have easily gone for the TD, and gotten it, if he wanted to at that point. That was a mercy field goal and series leading up to it. As a Bama fan, I've tried to throw you a bone in my response. Don't bite the hand that is trying to feed you.

    Edit: And yes, we kicked in your teeth. The game wasn't as close as the 19 points showed.

    Yes, bama certainly had the better team. But to say the game Wasn't as close as the score showed is completely wrong. Her are the stats. To me the score looks worse than the performance. Jmo.

    As an Ole Miss alum, I can say I would hope that we always will be Ole Miss. We are simply better than you regardless of the score of the football game. If you have never been to the Grove you wouldn't understand. While we do seem to be on our way back to football prominence, it won't happen overnight. However, we were very close to beating A&M and beat Bama in the second half this year(How many teams can say that?) If we close this class out as expected it will be another step towards reaching our goal of winning the West and the SEC. How relevant is Michigan right now?

    More relevant than you maybe?

    Better recruiting class, better record, better attendance, better TV ratings, better players, better facilities, more recent BCS bowl appearance/win, more recent conference title, more recent National Title. Should I keep gong?

    You aren't winning the West or the SEC, you haven't done that since the 60's and you guys are in a division with a dynasty, and Freshman Heisman winner, not to mention LSU. "Successful Quon", and Nkemidiche doesn't make you guys a good team. Bama, LSU get about 10 players just as good as that EVERY year, and they have been doing that for 4 years. Not just 1.

    You guys aren't winning chit.

    No, not with Freshman. Out of this class I think RNK, Conner, Treadwell, Tunsil and Hooks would be the 'impact" players this year. However, we were already #7 in SEC in D andand #6 in O. We also bring back almost everyone on both sides of the ball. You dont seem to realize most of our impact players from this year were all Fresh and Sophs.
