They just said on the news the jury asked to hear Mcqueary and Dr. Jonathan Dranov's testimony again before they broke for the night and will he hear it in the morning
McQueary the defense caught him on some timeline stuff even though the victims confirmed what happened, McQueary didnt know the exact timeline
Dr. Jonathan Dranov' testified McQueary gave him a different account to what he told the jury
They are ignoring the victims and setting up the few holes to let him off
This case never should have happened in happy valley. Fans of College football let this happen for years and they will let him off

Uhh... I don't think you understand how this is done. Each count is decided on separately. The McQueary testimony is important to that victims' charges only. And since they don't have a victim, they have to decide if McQueary's testimony is legit. Dranov giving a different account of what MM told them certainly produces doubt as does the fact that MM didn't actually *see* sex. I do not think there is enough there to find Sandusky guilty on the charges *FOR THAT VICTIM ONLY*.
There are stronger charges than others. He won't get convicted of them all, but should get convicted of enough to keep his ass in jail for the rest of his life. How about you guys let the verdict come out before vilifying the jurors with PSU ties?

Standing in a shower with a boy holding him while other victims have testified that pattern..its obvious without a doubt what was happening. They are looking for a loop hole- why else ask to only rehear those specific testimonies?
The defense played on Penn State in the closing remarks and if he gets off we all know why.
Keep justifying kids being raped because you like a football team

Ok, just stop. Do you want to have a real discussion about this or say BS like "Keep justifying kids being raped because you like a football team"?
When you don't have a victim and the account of the star witness is disputed by a family friend who he confided with that night, you are going to have a hard time convicting someone of a crime in that instance. Now do I think he did it to that boy? Yeah, I do. But that is not how the legal system works.

Understand it just worries me. his testimony is what started it all and gave all these victims the strength to step forward. Makes me sick they would let him off of that charge in particular. But if he was found guilty of the rest ok
Its just if you play devils advocate and say how would you get him off if you want to- its starts with those two testimonies

I don't know what exactly happened because McQueary changed his story several times, and the family friend testified that McQueary was too distraught to say exactly what he saw. Also, McQueary testified that he did not see the actual act of sex and he was making an assumption as to what was going on.
Again, what I believe and what the eyes of the law see are two different things. I believe that Sandusky was having sex with that boy. But I also think that there is enough inconsistencies and vagueness with that victim that he will not be found guilty (ONLY WITH THAT VICTIM).

Here's some interesting points. keep in mind I don't give a rip about the outcome of this trial, Sandusky will meet his fate with the man above.
One is why in the world would his wife stick with him and defend him after all of this came out? You think she would have left him long ago, no way she didn't know.
Second is so all of a sudden Sandusky becomes a pedo at age 55? Something doesn't add up there.
