I mainly watch documentaries so here are my favs on netflix ...

(1) The Fog of War (the best documentary I have ever seen)
(2) Inside Job (won Oscar for best documentary last year)
(3) Wasteland (an amazing story)

How Philly stole hundreds of millions in Art

Interesting, but nothing more than a 2hr juicing or vegan commercial. A lot of misinformation from a nutritional standpoint.

It is almost completely based upon Colin Campbell's "China Study" which has been torn apart the last few years and even a lot of the statistics shown to be made up. I actually wrote a paper while working on my MS(Sports Nutrition) about fallacies and inconsistencies in the study.

Not my favorite but if your into Military Docs Armadillo is really good.

Exit Through the Gift Shop is awesome.

I really don't know anything about that study, but when i used to fight, i started my weight cut with a diet pretty much similar...

2-4 weeks of juice combined with wild rice and beans, soy, and other vegetable proteins... It was a really healthy cut... Well, maybe not,?

Food Matters is excellent. It'll make you really think twice about what your buying from the grocery store.
