Which player was it (Mays or something) that flashed a wad of cash at a TMZ reporter and said "We sexual ballers here at USC 'mane'. We cash money ballers 'cuh" ....

    Oh and that whole vacated National Title thing due to giving Reggie Bush's mom a $250,000 house.

    USC did not give Reggie and parents ish. Some wannabe rogue agent was involved AFTER Reggie was at USC for over 2 years.

    The thread is about the shady recruiting tactics in the state of Alabama.

    It was one of your intellectual leaders who tried to make this into something else. USC's sanctions were not about recruiting. However, y'all already knew that, right?

    But hey, I'm sure that Preacher Newton turned down all of that Miss St $$$$ so his son could go play for free at Auburn. LOL

    Of course. But i have never head of a school going through a 13 month investigation by the NCAA along with a probe from the FBI and come out squeaky clean on the other side. That shows to me that our athletic program is in pretty good shape if nothing else. But we have fan bases such as USC ( using this to connect to you) who think we are still dirty. Its fine. Matters little to me, but why should we just cut others slack when we get none from them.

    The FBI investigation is over?

    13-month investigation? LOL Did you even notice how fast Cam's name was cleared during the so-called "investigation?" Suspended one day and cleared the next day.

    Then again, maybe Cam was not a "high profile athlete."

(Don't quote me here) At the time it he said it the quote looked weird to me. Then the scandal broke and i went back and reread it. Could he have meant he was asking money for Cam then realized what he was doing and had a change of heart. Possible. Course you will never see it that way. Just like I'll never see how you could assume USC Athletic Department was unaware of the dealing with Bush when Pete Carrol hit the door running to Seattle but to each his on i guess
