I feel sorry for you youngsters; Joe Cocker first real concert 1970 Alabama campus,elton john ,led zepplin,the who, eric clapton,pink floyd, jethro tull,allman brothers, aerosmith,the police,bob dylan,stevie ray vaughn unfrigginbeleivable,and my favorite Bruce Springsteen 15 times and so many more i cant recall right now ,i did grow up in the seventies.

I saw Bon Iver in Chicago at the UIC pavilion and it was absolutely incredible. He played almost his entire collection. It was an awesome experience.

I have been to many Concerts....The Wall (Roger Waters) was the best one by far....words can't do it justice.

Chili Peppers/Foo Fighters was very good. It was in Nashville, so Frampton sat in with the Fighters.
Skid Row opening for Guns and Roses at the Birmingham Turf club kicked tail. It was right after the "Use Your Illusion" albums came out and they actually cared about performing.
I will say that if you ever saw Follow For Now at Louie Louie's in Birmingham, you will never forget it.
Believe it or not, Duran Duran is a good show(you don't realize how many good songs they had) and is packed with chicks.

1) This years' Mayhem Festival which including As I Lay Dying, Asking Alexandria, Devil Wears Prada, I, The Breather, WhiteChapel, and Upon a Burning Body. It also had Anthrax, Slayer, Motorhead, and Slipknot but I don't like those bands so I just spaced out during them.
2) State Radio the 4 times I saw them
3) Of Monsters and Men/Dispatch

Last night I seen Jake Owen, Grace Porter, Tim McGraw, and Kenny Chesney in the Super Dome. Started at 4:30 and ended at 10:30. It was a great time, great show, great music, prolly best concert now

Dave Matthews Band - Alpine Valley N2 - 7.7.2012. Longest set in DMB history.
The Hangout in Gulfshores this year was also 3 days of pure freakin bliss. Of course, Dave was the main headliner so I'm a little biased.
I just really like DMB. 5 shows in the past 3 years which is nothing compared to some people but not a bad start I don't think.
