Not sure why all the love for London. If you want the huge metropolis feel, Paris, NYC, and Chi are all better imo.

Yea, our closest neighbor can actually see our house in the winter time. The first pic was looking north, this one looks east at that neighbor.

Don't speak French at all. The people were actually amazing to us in Paris. We were there in 2010 when the general strikes were going on, and some strangers went over the top to get us out of a jam. One lady loaded us in her 75K BMW when we were soaking wet and drove us to a hotel since ours was blocked by the demonstration.

Well I get along with everybody. That was why I was so suprised by the people in Paris. I am generalizing here though. The people on the street were alright. It was the waiters and such that were douches.

i live in omaha, ne. I really like it here. Im not sure where else I would want to live. The big city life just doesn't seem like the life for me. Although having pro sports in the area would be awesome.

I went to a West Ham game while I was in London, last week of the season and they relegate Middlesborough with the win. Middlesborough fans rioted and a lot went to jail and East London was a full out 24/7 block party for 2 or 3 days...turned every memory I had from any American sporting event into pussy shit. London is awesome.

sounds like fun to visit but i would be pissed if i lived in that area and had to walk through a riot/party to get to the store or work or whatever
